Creamy Philly Scrambled Eggs
- 2 Tbsp. Philadelphia Chive & Onion Cream Cheese Product
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. butter
- Beat cream cheese product with wire whisk until creamy.
- Add eggs; beat until well blended.
- The mixture will have bits of cream cheese in it - they will melt during cooking.
- Melt butter in medium nonstick skillet on medium heat until foamy; pour in egg mixture.
- Cook 3 to 5 min.
- or until eggs are set, stirring occasionally.
