Swiss Steak Del Rio

  1. Cut steak into serving size pieces and put into a 2 1/2 quart glass or pyrex casserole.
  2. For easier cleanup, spray casserole with nonstick spray first.
  3. Sprinkle steak with soup mix, mushrooms, green pepper (if using) and tomatoes.
  4. Mix A-1 Sauce, water and cornstarch; pour over steak.
  5. Cover and bake at 375 for about 2 hours.
