Senfei

  1. Melt the butter in a fry pan.
  2. Slowly add the flour.
  3. Add the mustard.
  4. Slowly add the milk or stock or mixture, stirring the whole time.
  5. Add salt, sugar, and lemon juice to taste.
  6. Pour over mashed potato, and boiled egg.
