Senfei
- 30 grams butter
- 30 grams flour
- 500 ml stock or milk or mix of both
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 1 sugar
- 1 salt
- 1 lemon juice
- Melt the butter in a fry pan.
- Slowly add the flour.
- Add the mustard.
- Slowly add the milk or stock or mixture, stirring the whole time.
- Add salt, sugar, and lemon juice to taste.
- Pour over mashed potato, and boiled egg.
