Caramel-Apple Cheesecake Parfait

  1. Heat oil in a saute pan on medium heat.
  2. Add apples; cook until lightly caramelized.
  3. Drain on paper towels; cool.
  4. Combine apples, caramel and cinnamon.
  5. Spoon Cheesecake Batter into pastry bag fitted with large plain tip.
  6. Pipe 4 oz.
  7. into each serving glass or small mason jar.
  8. Top with 1/2 cup apple mixture.
