Char's Turkey Pot Stickers

  1. In a wok, brown turkey.
  2. Remove from heat, then combine with onions, cabbage mix, ginger, sesame oil, garlic, soy sauce, pepper, salt, and egg.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Working with one wrapper at a time, lay it on work surface and place 1 1/2 teaspoon filling in middle.
  5. Brush edges with water, fold wonton in half and press edges together to seal.
  6. Using your fingertips, pinch frill around each folded wonton if desired.
  7. Set aside, covered with plastic wrap.
  8. Repeat with remaining wrappers.
  9. Heat 3 tablespoon oil in frying pan.
  10. Work in batches, fry wontons until golden brown on both sides.
  11. Add remaining vegetable oil as needed.
