papaya barbecue sauce
- 1 large red papaya
- 8 oz jaggery
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 29 oz tomato puree
- 1/4 cup yellow prepared mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp granulated garlic powder
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper powder
- cut papaya in half take out seeds scoop the pulp out and put into pot
- add spices sugar and mustard and heat mashing the pulp
- add tomato puree take a mixer and mix the sauce till smooth let simmer for three minutes serve with pork but good with other meats and veggies
