Seard NY strip with pan sauce garlic mash potatoes and corn on the cob
- 2 piece NY strip steaks
- 2 piece corn on the cob
- 6 each red potatoes unpeeled
- 2 can sweet potatoes
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 2 each shallots minced
- 2 tsp fresh ginger
- 2 tsp scotch bonnet pepper
- 1 3/4 stick butter
- 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 sugar
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup sherry wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup sherry red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 stick butter
- Add water to a pot add potatoes boil untill tender heat milk and butter add minced garlic mash potatoes add some salt and pepper to taste
- Take the husk off corn and break in half put in a pot with water add butter cayenne pepper and chill powder let cook bout 20 to 30 mins
- Cook sweet potatoes heat sugar vanilla extract and cinnamon and nutmeg and maple syrup in separate pot till a slightly boil then add to sweet potatoes
- Add Salt pepper to steaks Sear ny strip on both sides untill browned then put in oven untill preferred doneness in the same pan used for steaks add sherry red wine vigager soy sauce then add ginger pepper shallots add butter simmer down intill you like flavor
