Tostones with Garlic Mayo
- 1 large green plantain, cut into 12 slices
- 1 cup oil
- 4-1/2 tsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
- 2 small cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp. milk
- Cook plantains in hot oil in medium skillet on medium heat 3 min.
- or until tender and evenly browned, turning after 1-1/2 min.
- Use slotted spoon to transfer plantains to work surface; flatten to 1/4-inch thickness.

- Return plantains, 3 or 4 at a time, to skillet; cook 1 min.
- on each side or until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove from skillet; place on paper towel-covered plate to drain.
- Cover to keep warm.
- Repeat with remaining plantains.
- Sprinkle evenly with 2 tsp.
- cheese.
- Mix mayo, garlic, milk and remaining cheese until blended.
- Serve with plantains.
