Mozzarella-Chicken Skillet
- 3 oz. boneless skinless chicken breast
- 3 medium size fresh
- 1/8 medium red onion
- 1/4 cup DI GIORNO Marinara Sauce
- 1/4 cup drinking water
- 1/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves
- 1/3 cup instant brown rice, uncooked
- 1 slice KRAFT 2% Milk Mozzarella Singles
- 1 broccoli spear
- 1 carrot
- 1/2 medium red pepper
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Lite Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing
- 1 SNACKWELL'S Sugar Free Shortbread Cookie
- Spray nonstick skillet with no stick cooking spray.
- Add chicken, cook and stir 5 minutes.
- Add mushrooms (sliced) and onion (chopped); cook and stir 2 minutes.
- Stir in spaghetti sauce, water and oregano.
- Bring to a boil.
- Stir in rice; cover.
- Let stand 3 minutes.
- Top with 2% Milk Single; cover.
- Let stand an additional 2 minutes or until 2% Milk Single is melted.
- Meanwhile, make Fresh Garden Salad by chopping broccoli, carrots and red pepper; toss with dressing.
- Enjoy a cookie for dessert.
