Slow Cooked - Buffalo Chicken

  1. Place chicken breast into crock-pot.
  2. In a bowl mix buffalo sauce, ranch dip mix, and minced garlic.
  3. Cover chicken with buffalo cheese sauce mix.
  4. Cook on low for at least 6 hours.
  5. Using two forks, shred chicken and return to crock pot.
  6. Add butter, and cream cheese, then cover with shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Cook on low for an additional hour.
  8. To make sandwich:.
  9. Butter outside of each piece of bread.
  10. Place one piece of toast, butter-side-down, onto a hot griddle or pan over med-low heat.
  11. Place roughly 8 ounces of the buffalo chicken, and top with second piece of toast, butter-side-up.
  12. Cook until bottom of sandwich is golden brown and then flip to cook the opposing side to golden brown as well.
