White Chocolate Mocha
- 23 cups Heavy Cream
- 3 ounces, weight White Chocolate
- 13 cups Milk Chocolate Chips
- Heat cream in a saucepan until hot, but not boiling.
- Remove from heat.
- Add chocolates and let stand for 2 minutes; stir until well-mixed.
- Store in a tightly covered glass jar in the fridge for up to one week.
- (But its doubtful itll last that long!)
- To prepare one serving of White Chocolate Mocha, stir 1/4 cup of mix into 6 to 8 ounces of STRONG coffee.
- If desired, top with a dollop of sweetened whipped cream.
- Ahhhh....
