White Chocolate Mocha

  1. Heat cream in a saucepan until hot, but not boiling.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Add chocolates and let stand for 2 minutes; stir until well-mixed.
  4. Store in a tightly covered glass jar in the fridge for up to one week.
  5. (But its doubtful itll last that long!)
  6. To prepare one serving of White Chocolate Mocha, stir 1/4 cup of mix into 6 to 8 ounces of STRONG coffee.
  7. If desired, top with a dollop of sweetened whipped cream.
  8. Ahhhh....
