Honey Whole Wheat Bread for Bread Machine

• 1 cup warm water
• 1 tablespoon skim milk
• 1 12 teaspoons salt
• 14 cup honey
• 1 12 tablespoons butter
• 1 12 cups white flour
• 1 12 cups whole wheat flour
• 1 12 tablespoons vital wheat gluten
• 1 12 teaspoons fast rising yeast

1. Select whole wheat or basic/white setting, and medium or light crust.
2. Remove baked bread from machine and cool before cutting.
