Chocolate Silk Bars
- 20 OREO Cookies, finely crushed
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S Bittersweet Chocolate
- 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 pkg. (7 oz.) JET-PUFFED Marshmallow Creme, divided
- 1 pkg. (3.9 oz.) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
- Reserve 1 Tbsp.
- cookie crumbs.
- Mix butter and remaining cookie crumbs; press onto bottom of 9-inch square pan.
- Microwave chocolate in medium microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min.
- 30 sec.
- or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring after 1 min.
- ; stir until chocolate is completely melted.
- Add cream cheese, half the marshmallow creme, pudding mix and milk; beat with mixer until blended.
- Spoon onto crust.
- Mix remaining marshmallow creme and COOL WHIP with whisk until blended.
- Spread over chocolate layer in crust.
- Sprinkle with reserved crumbs.
- Refrigerate 2 hours.
