Royal Chicken Bake
- 4 cups Cooked, Cubed Chicken
- 16 ounces, weight Cooked, Chopped Broccoli
- 2 cans (10.75 Oz. Can) Cream Of Chicken Soup
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1/2 teaspoons Curry Powder
- 1- 1/2 cup Bread Crumbs
- 4 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
- 2 cups Shredded Cheese, your choice
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray.
- Place cooked broccoli in the bottom of the pan, and top with cubed chicken.
- Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and curry powder and pour over the top of the chicken.
- Combine bread crumbs with melted butter and gently press over the top of the casserole.
- Bake for 3o-35 minutes, until slightly bubbly.
- Top with cheese and bake for 5 more minutes, or until cheese is melted.
- Casserole can be assembled ahead of time, and refrigerated.
- To bake, place the dish in a cold oven, and increase baking time to 45-50 minutes before adding the cheese.
