Black noodles and veggies
- 2 oz black noodles
- 6 oz extra firm tofu cubed
- 1 large tomato
- 3/4 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 15 1/2 oz chickpeas
- 1/2 large onion
- 1/4 cup sake
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 medium green apple
- 1 tsp sweet basil drief
- 1 tbsp parsley flakes dried
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper/red chili
- 1 1/2 tbsp granulated garlic powder
- 1 pints water to boil noodles
- 2 1/4 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
- Boil noodles add olive oil
- Cube the tofu and deep fry till lightly browned lightly salt add to paper towel to soak off excessive oil
- Fry onion lightly salt
- In a pan add a little bit about two tablespoons of vegetable oil add chickpeas add tomatoes I cut into wedges then in half
- Lightly brown chickpeas add thr rest of spices and ingredients, soy sauce and sake and sesame oil
- Add apple last keep mostly raw toss well serve hot hope you enjoy
