Orange braised Ham

  1. Line bottom of roasting pan with onions.
  2. Place ham on top.
  3. Pour OJ over ham.
  4. Cover with foil.
  5. Roast at 325 approximately 2 hours until thermometer reaches 145.
  6. Uncover in last 10 minutes of roasting and pour honey glaze packet over the ham.
  7. Variations; Cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, apples, apples cider/juice, pomegranate juice, cranberry juice, grapefruit, any berry.
