Orange braised Ham
- 1 liter Orange juice
- 1 yellow onion; large dice
- 1 Cooks Spiral Cut Ham
- Line bottom of roasting pan with onions.
- Place ham on top.
- Pour OJ over ham.
- Cover with foil.
- Roast at 325 approximately 2 hours until thermometer reaches 145.
- Uncover in last 10 minutes of roasting and pour honey glaze packet over the ham.
- Variations; Cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, apples, apples cider/juice, pomegranate juice, cranberry juice, grapefruit, any berry.
