Good Hash Brown Potatoes Recipe
- 2 pound pkg. frzn hash brown potatoes
- 1/4 pound butter
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 to 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 pt. (16 ounce.) lowfat sour cream
- Salt and pepper
- Crushed corn flakes
- Mix soup, cheese, and lowfat sour cream.
- Place hash browns in greased 9 x 13 inch pan.
- Pour soup and cheese mix over top.
- Sprinkle crushed corn flakes over top of soup and cheese mix, covering well.
- Heat butter and drizzle over corn flakes.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
- Nice dish to take to covered dish dinners.
