Bow Tie Chicken Pasta Salad
- 12 oz. bow-tie pasta
- 12 oz. corkscrew pasta
- 1-1/4 lb. pinapple tidbits, well drained
- 2 cups chopped celery
- 4 stalks green onions, chopped
- 1 cup chopped cashews
- 1-1/2 cup red grapes, halved
- 4 chicken breast, cubed
- shredded, cooked then cooled
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 lb. cole slaw dressing
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Drain and let cool.
- Once cool, add the pineapple, celery, green onions, grapes, chicken and mayonnaise.
- Add coleslaw dressing and nuts just before serving.
