Pollo Nachos
- 4 fresh corn tortillas
- 3 grilled chicken breasts
- 2 cups pinto beans
- 1 tomatoes
- 4 green onions
- 12 cup jalapeno
- 14 cup cilantro
- 12 ounces cheddar cheese or 12 ounces monterey jack cheese
- 1 lime
- cut tortillas in half and fry until golden and crispy.
- fire grill marinated chicken breasts.and slice into fine strips.
- chop tomatoes, onions and jalapenos.
- add:.
- cheese.
- beans.
- tomatoes.
- chicken.
- green onions.
- top with: cheese and jalapeno.
- bake @ 425 for 5-6 min or until cheese melted.
- garnish with fresh cilantro and lime wedges.
- SOUR CREAM AND AVACADOS.
