Fancy Treats

• 2 cups Rice Krispies
• 2 cups Cap'n Crunch cereal
• 2 cups mini marshmallows
• 2 cups chopped pecans
• 1 12 lbs chopped white chocolate

1. Coat a large baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except white chocolate.
3. Place chopped chocolate in a medium-sized microwavable bowl.
4. Microwave on HIGH for about 3 minutes, stirring halfway through.
5. Stir until smooth.
6. Pour melted chocolate over cereal mixture and stir until coated.
7. Spread mixture onto prepared baking sheet.
8. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until firm.
9. Cut into 24 squares.
