Breaded Pork Chops with Mustardy Greens

  1. Mix salsa, mustard and 1 Tbsp.
  2. mayo until blended.
  3. Spread chops with remaining mayo, then coat with cracker crumbs, turning to evenly coat both sides of each chop.
  4. Heat 1 Tbsp.
  5. oil in medium nonstick skillet on medium heat.
  6. Add chops, in batches; cook 3 min.
  7. on each side or until done (145 degrees F).
  8. Remove from skillet.
  9. Cover; let stand 3 min.
  10. Toss greens with salsa mixture.
  11. Serve with chops.
