Hawaiian Chicken

  1. In a medium bowl mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sherry, oil, ginger and garlic.
  2. Cube chicken.
  3. Put chicken and pineapple in the bowl and stir until coated.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  5. The next day, grill until the chicken juice runs clear.
  6. While the chicken and pineapple are cooking, prepare some rice to serve.
  7. Put chicken and pineapple over the rice and serve.
  8. Enjoy.
