Hawaiian Chicken
- 3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 3 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Sherry
- 1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground Ginger
- 1/4 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 4 whole Boneless Skinless Ckn Breast
- 20 ounces, weight Pineapple, Chunks
- Cooked Rice, To Serve
- In a medium bowl mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sherry, oil, ginger and garlic.
- Cube chicken.
- Put chicken and pineapple in the bowl and stir until coated.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- The next day, grill until the chicken juice runs clear.
- While the chicken and pineapple are cooking, prepare some rice to serve.
- Put chicken and pineapple over the rice and serve.
- Enjoy.
