Satay Pita Pizza

  1. Spread the peanut butter over each pita bread.
  2. Scatter 1/2 the cheese over the peanut butter, then top with the onion, capsicum, chicken and corn.
  3. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and drizzle with sweet chilli sauce.
  4. Bake at 200C for 15-18 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
  5. Slice and serve immediately.
