Iowa Chops
- 1/4 cups Lemon Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Chili Sauce
- 3/4 cups Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1 clove Garlic, Minced
- 6 whole Boneless, Thick Pork Chops
- 1.
- Combine the lemon juice, chili sauce, soy sauce, sugar and garlic and mix well.
- Pour marinade over the pork chops, cover, and refrigerate overnight or all day.
- 2.
- Grill 10 minutes on each side, basting with the marinade, and serve.
- 3.
- Discard any unused marinade before you serve.
