Steak Marinade

• 12 cup sweet wine (I use Reunite white wine)
• 12 cup soy sauce
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 12 teaspoon garlic powder

1. Mix all ingredients together well(make sure you desolve the sugar) and pour over steaks.Put in frig until ready to cook steaks.
2. I've found that the longer you marinate the better.
3. I usually marinate ours for 6-8 hours.
4. Double recipe for more than 2 large steaks.
5. I put ours in gallon baggies and turn them every few hours in frig.
6. Enjoy!
