VELVEETA BBQ Chicken and Potatoes
- 1-1/4 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1/2 cup water
- 4 cups ORE-IDA Potatoes OBrien
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, corn, peas)
- 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1/2 cup BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce
- Cook and stir chicken in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 4 min.
- or until no longer pink.
- Stir in water, potatoes and vegetables; cover.
- Cook 5 to 7 min.
- or until chicken is done and potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
- Add remaining ingredients; stir.
- Cook 3 to 4 min.
- or until VELVEETA is melted and mixture is well blended, stirring occasionally.
