Pumpkin Pie-Spiced Flourless Chocolate Cake

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Microwave butter, granulated sugar and chocolate in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 to 1-1/2 min.
  3. or until chocolate and butter are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring every 30 sec.
  4. Cool slightly.
  5. Whisk eggs in small bowl until blended; gradually stir into chocolate mixture.
  6. Stir in coffee and pumpkin pie spice.
  7. Pour into 9-inch springform pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  8. Bake 40 to 50 min.
  9. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with moist crumbs.
  10. Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim.
  11. Sprinkle cake with powdered sugar.
