Macaroni Cheese

  1. cook macaroni, drain well and stir in oil
  2. melt butter in a saucepan, stir in salt, pepper, flour and cook for a minute or two continuously stirring.
  3. gradually stir in milk to make a smooth white sauce
  4. mix some of the sauce with the beaten eggs, then stir into the remaining sauce off the heat, add the cheese
  5. pour over macaroni in a baking dish.
  6. bake at 180celsius until bubbling hot
