Iced Hazelnut Coffee

• 2/3 cup MAXWELL HOUSE INTERNATIONAL Hazelnut Cafe
• 3-1/2 cups cold milk
• 1/2 cups cold half-and-half

1. Place flavored instant coffee in large pitcher; stir in milk and half-and-half until well blended.
2. Serve over ice cubes in four tall mugs or glasses.
