Sausage Spinach Pockets
- 1 pound Jimmy Dean Sausage
- 1 cup Fresh Spinach Chopped Fine
- 1/2 pounds Fresh Mushrooms, Sliced
- 4 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cups Shredded Gorgonzola Cheese
- 1 can (10 Oz. Can, 6-count) Jumbo Crescent Rolls
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a cookie sheet.
- Cook the sausage and drain the grease.
- Add spinach, mushrooms and cheeses to the sausage crumbles and mix well.
- Unroll the crescent rolls and place on a sheet of waxed paper.
- Divide the filling among the crescent rolls, wrapping the crescent roll dough around the filling.
- Lay the folded side of the pocket down on the cookie sheet.
- Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown.
- We serve these warm with a salad and a side veggie.
- The kids gobble them up!
