Stumps Special Recipe (Dry Rub)

• 1/3 cup coarse black pepper
• 1 tablespoon garlic powder
• Dash ground cumin
• 1/3 cup coarse sea salt
• 1 tablespoon paprika
• 1 tablespoon dried oregano
• 1 tablespoon beef base

1. Mix spice ingredients in a small bowl and rub into desired steak.
