Peach Apertif

• 34 cup peach schnapps
• 3 cups grapefruit juice
• ice cube (1 tray)
• 1 large round grapefruit, cut into quarters, for garnish

1. Pour schnapps and grapefruit into 2-quart pitcher; stir until mixed.
2. Refrigerate until cold, about 1 hour.
3. At serving time, add ice cubes and stir.
4. Pour into tall glasses and garnish with grapefruit wedges, if desired.
