Chicken Gravy

• 1 ounce chicken gravy mix (1 package)
• pan dripping (from cooked poultry)
• 1 cup cold water

1. Pour contents of package of chicken gravy mix into the drippings in the roasting pan.
2. Gradually add water and cook on top of the range (stove), stirring constantly, until thickened and smooth.
3. Serve in a gravy boat.
