Tanuki Tempura Crumbs Chikuwa
- 5 stick Chikuwa
- 1 Tempura crumbs, Japanese leeks
- 1 heaping teaspoon Mentsuyu
- 1 slice Easy melting cheese
- Add equal amounts of finely chopped Japanese leeks and tempura crumbs to a bowl.
- Toss with mentsuyu.
- Slice the chikuwa vertically, and stuff in the mixture from Step 2.
- Transfer to a sheet of aluminum foil, and top with cheese.
- Cook in a toaster oven until golden brown, and they are done.
