A Potato Salad Christmas Tree

• 1 as much (to taste) Potato salad
• 1 head Broccoli
• 6 Cherry tomatoes

1. Form the potato salad into a Christmas tree (aim for a cone).
2. Divide the broccoli into small florets and boil.
3. Slice all the cherry tomatoes in half except for one.
4. Press the broccoli and cherry tomatoes into the potato salad in any way you like.
5. Decorate the top with the whole cherry tomato.
6. Decorating the tree with boiled carrots or yellow bell peppers cut out into star shapes is cute too.
