Easy Layered Salad Recipe

  1. In 9"x13" Pyrex dish layer the shredded iceberg lettuce on bottom to cover.
  2. Next layer the green pepper, then onion.
  3. Layer the peas last and spread mayonnaise over the top.
  4. (The peas won't be completely covered.)
  5. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese to cover the peas and mayonnaise.
  6. Then sprinkle on bacon; refrigerateand enjoy.
  7. Will keep for several days.
