Cheesiest Spicy Rice Casserole
- 4 cups hot cooked long-grain rice
- 8 ounces proceesed cheese spread (Velveta)
- 1 (4 ounce) can green chilies, chopped, drained
- 1 cup chunky-stylye salsa
- 1 cup shredded colby-monterey jack cheese
- 12 cup shredded smoked gouda cheese
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Spray 2 quart casserole with cooking spray.
- Combine rice,salsa,velveta and chiles.
- Stir.
- Spoon into casserole dish.
- Sprinkly shredded cheeses evenly over top.
- Bake 20 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted.
