Smart-Choice Chocolate Ribbon Pie

  1. Beat Neufchatel, sugar and 1 Tbsp.
  2. milk in large bowl with whisk until blended.
  3. Stir in half the COOL WHIP.
  4. Spread onto bottom of crust.
  5. Beat pudding mix and 2 cups milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min.
  6. (Pudding will be thick.)
  7. Pour over Neufchatel layer.
  8. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
  9. Garnish with remaining COOL WHIP and shaved chocolate just before serving.
