South of the Border Meat Sauce over Baked Potato
- 1 lb ground meat, browned
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 (16 ounce) can tomatoes, crushed, use hand mixer to crush
- 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, drained
- 1 -8 ounce tomato sauce
- 1 -4 ounce chopped green chili, mild
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 12 teaspoon garlic salt
- Combine all ingredients.
- Simmer 15 minutes.
- Serve over baked potato and top with cheddar cheese.
