Ke Kali Nei au

  1. Put crushed ice in a mixing glass and add the light rum, passion-fruit juice, kirsch, lemon juice, and sugar syrup.
  2. Stir well.
  3. Pour into the green coconut.
  4. Float the dark rum on top and decorate with fruit and hibiscus.
  5. Serve with a straw.
