Beef & Vegetable Kabob

  1. PREHEAT grill to medium heat.
  2. Thread steak, vegetables and oranges alternately onto 12 skewers; place in shallow dish.
  3. POUR steak sauce over kabobs; turn over to evenly coat kabobs.
  4. Cover.
  5. Refrigerate 10 minute to marinate.
  6. Remove kabobs from marinade; discard marinade.
  7. GRILL kabobs 10 minute or until steak is cooked to medium doneness (160F), turning occasionally.
  8. Serve over the rice.
