Peachy Barbecued Spareribs Recipe

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a shallow pan, arrange ribs in a single layer, meaty side up.
  3. Drain peach liquid into a saucepan, reserving peaches.
  4. Add in ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, onion, flour, mustard, cloves, salt, and pepper to peach syrup.
  5. Blend well and bring to a boil.
  6. Pour over ribs and bake about 1 1/2 hrs or possibly till fork tender, turning once.
  7. Arrange peaches around ribs and baste them with the sauce.
  8. Bake another 5 min or possibly till peaches are warm.
  9. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
