Tuna Yukhoe Rice Bowl
- 200 grams Sashimi-grade tuna (saku or sashimi)
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Gochujang
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Roasted sesame seeds
- 1 as much as you want Chopped scallions
- 1 one for each serving Soft-poached egg or fresh egg yolk
- 3 bowls Rice
- Put in a bowl and mix.
- Cut tuna into 5 mm-1 cm blocks.
- Put the tuna into the 1 bowl and mix.
- Cover the tuna from Step 3 with plastic wrap for 15-30 minutes.
- When rice is cooked, put the tuna on bowlful of rice, with some chopped scallion.
- Make a shallow well in the center to position the egg.
- Done!
