Big Batch Cinnamon Pate' for Pastry

  1. Blend above ingredients until creamy.
  2. Add 1 lb 8oz dry cake crumbs; stir to blend.
  3. Molasses, maple syrup honey may be used as a substitute to white syrup.
  4. This is a bakery size recipe which can be reduced.
  5. The mixture keeps very well; refrigerate in air tight container and use as needed.
