Big Batch Cinnamon Pate' for Pastry
- 4 lbs butter, melted
- 1 lb powdered sugar, sifted
- 8 ounces brown sugar, light
- 5 ounces cinnamon
- 2 ounces vanilla
- 4 ounces white Karo
- Blend above ingredients until creamy.
- Add 1 lb 8oz dry cake crumbs; stir to blend.
- Molasses, maple syrup honey may be used as a substitute to white syrup.
- This is a bakery size recipe which can be reduced.
- The mixture keeps very well; refrigerate in air tight container and use as needed.
