Wow its actually moist! Cornbread from a Box

• 2 box jiffy corn bread mix
• 2 eggs
• 2/3 cup milk
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 1/3 cup plus 3 tablespoons mayonnaise

1. preheat oven to 400
2. combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix with wooden spoon just until well incorporated.
3. to prevent stiff cornbread do not overmix-batter will be lumpy
4. spray 11"x7" glass casserole with cooking spray, pour batter in
5. bake for 18-20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
6. do not overbake.
7. serve immediately and enjoy!
