low calorie apple cinnamon oatmeal breakfast muffin
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup Brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp sweetener that measures like sugar
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Soak oats in milk for one hour.
- Mix all ingredients.
- Don't over mix or muffin will be tough
- Coat muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Spoon mixture into pan.
- Bake 20 minutes
- You can heat these In the microwave in the morning:)
