  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Soak oats in milk for one hour.
  3. Mix all ingredients.
  4. Don't over mix or muffin will be tough
  5. Coat muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  6. Spoon mixture into pan.
  7. Bake 20 minutes
  8. You can heat these In the microwave in the morning:)
