Frozen Brownie Creamcake
- Brownie Layer
- 6 cups sugar
- butter
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 15 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 2 cups walnuts, toasted, chopped
- 18 squares Baker's Unsweetened Chocolate, melted
- 4 cups flour
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 2 cups chocolate sauce
- Cream Cake Layer
- Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese
- 1 1/2 cups corn syrup
- 24 cups vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1/4 cups chocolate sauce (garnish)
- Brownie Layer MIX sugar, butter and salt on MEDIUM speed of mixer for 5 minutes until creamy.
- Add eggs.
- Mix another 5 minutes.
- ADD vanilla, walnuts, chocolate, flour and baking powder.
- Mix on LOW speed until well blended.
- POUR 2 1/2 cups (625 mL) batter into each 9-inch greased and floured springform pan.
- Bake at 350F for 30-40 minutes.
- Cool.
- POUR 75 mL (1/3 cups) chocolate sauce over each brownie layer.
- Cream Cake Layer Beat cream cheese and corn syrup until smooth.
- Beat in ice cream at LOW speed.
- Pour 1 L (4 cups) mixture over each brownie base.
- Freeze overnight
- GARNISH with chocolate sauce.
- Let stand.
