Fleischkuechle (German meat patties)

  1. mix all ingredients by hand until well blended.
  2. preheat olive oil in skillet over med heat
  3. form equal sized Patties (1lb makes 4 perfect sized Patties)
  4. fry Patties covered over med heat about 8 minutes per side (depending on thickness)
  5. enjoy!
  6. (these are just like the ones my German mother makes) :)

ground beef, onion, breadcrumbs, egg, white pepper, parsley flakes, olive oil
