Fleischkuechle (German meat patties)
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 onion (diced finely)
- 1/3 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 1/2 tsp parsley flakes
- 1 small amount olive oil
- mix all ingredients by hand until well blended.
- preheat olive oil in skillet over med heat
- form equal sized Patties (1lb makes 4 perfect sized Patties)
- fry Patties covered over med heat about 8 minutes per side (depending on thickness)
- enjoy!
