Pecan Cheesecake Crust
- 1 (4 7/8 ounce) package graham crackers
- 3 tablespoons melted sweet butter
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Smash graham crackers in pkg and add to food processor, add in brown sugar, cinnamon and pecans and process to crumb size.
- Drizzle in melted butter until starts to clump together.
- Dump into pan for cheesecake, and press into shape.
- Will make 1 generous 10" crust.
