Italian Cheese-Stuffed Baked Chicken Breasts
- 4 slices OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Smoked Ham
- 1 cup loosely packed fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Italian* Three Cheese Blend
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.), pounded to 1/4-inch thickness
- 1/2 cup sliced roasted red peppers
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Top each ham slice with basil and cheese; roll up tightly.
- Place 1 ham roll on each chicken breast; roll up tightly, starting at one short end.
- Place, seam sides down, in 13x9-inch baking dish.
- Bake 35 min.
- or until chicken is done (165 degrees F).
- Blend peppers and garlic in blender until smooth; spoon into microwaveable bowl.
- Microwave on HIGH 30 to 40 sec.
- or until heated through.
- Serve over chicken.
